Business Analyst II - Timekeeping - Remote

Overview

This role involves collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to translate high-level business requirements into functional and non-functional technical requirements, ultimately improving health outcomes for members.

In Short

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate business/technology requirements.
• Translate user requirements into functional specifications.
• Create systems and business process models for developers.
• Manage and track requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Plan and monitor user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Research and enhance existing requirement gathering processes.
• Write and maintain user documentation and technical reports.
• Comply with all policies and standards of the organization.
• Provide help desk support and train users.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field.
• 2-4 years of related experience or equivalent knowledge.
• Experience with Data Processing.
• Knowledge of health care payer business functions.
• Familiarity with Agile Software Development.
• Intermediate problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently.
