Overview

The Business Analyst (BA) will play a crucial role in translating complex policies and business requirements into detailed software requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and driving process improvements.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of SDLC and Salesforce or related SaaS tools.
• Experience with project management software, preferably Jira.
• Leadership experience in mentoring analysts and conducting training sessions.
• Proficiency in data analysis and strong analytical skills.
• Knowledge of user-centered design principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• Industry certifications in business analysis and Salesforce are highly valued.
