Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at Capgemini and provide strategic workforce management solutions to a Top Ten Insurance Carrier.

In Short

• Support all of Enterprise Marketing as a floating resource.
• Assist with model building and business case development.
• Provide strategic, marketing, and customer experience recommendations.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, and data analytics tools.
• Convert data modeling into a story for decision making.
• Act as a liaison between Business and IT.
• Understand customers' objectives, processes, and products.
• Support users in building business cases.
• Perform impact analysis and develop effort/cost estimates.
• Support application testing, implementation, and training activities.

Requirements
