In Short

  • Remote Business Development Associate (Inside Sales) position.
  • Focus on lead generation for the Bioanalytical business in the UK and EU.
  • Initiate contact with potential clients to understand their bioanalytical needs.
  • Facilitate introductions with Business Development Directors.
  • Manage lead generation using Zymewire and LinkedIn.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products.
  • Base salary plus commission structure.
  • Room for growth with strong performance.
  • Ability to travel 2-3 times a year domestically and internationally.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Understanding of bioanalytical techniques and instrumentation.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to secure a passport for travel.
