Celerant Technology Corp is seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead finance and accounting functions, driving financial strategy and providing strategic guidance to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 10 years of experience in finance and accounting roles.
• 5 years in a senior leadership position.
• Proficient in NetSuite and Excel.
• Track record of financial leadership in the software industry.
• Strong leadership and management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
