Overview

The Lead ABA Scheduler plays a vital role in coordinating and managing schedules for RBTs and BCBAs, ensuring service continuity and compliance with client needs.

In Short

Coordinate and manage schedules for RBTs and BCBAs.
Match staff availability with client needs.
Communicate scheduling updates and resolve conflicts.
Monitor cancellations and time-off requests.
Collaborate with admin and clinical teams.
Maintain accurate scheduling documentation.
Contribute to process improvements.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of ABA scheduling experience.
Must reside in South Carolina.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Tech-savvy with scheduling platforms.
Calm under pressure and solution-focused.
