We are looking for a Lead Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to further strengthen our marketing team, with professional responsibility for our operational marketing team and deep expertise in paid and performance marketing.

In Short

• Professional management of a cross-functional marketing team (Paid Social, SEA, Influencer, CRM) without disciplinary leadership.
• End-to-end responsibility for cross-channel performance campaigns: from strategic planning to operational setup and continuous optimization.
• Strategic development of growth marketing initiatives in close collaboration with the CMO.
• Identification and integration of new tools, channels, and trends to strengthen the growth strategy.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in e-commerce marketing, ideally in a B2C or start-up environment, with a strong focus on Paid Social (Meta, Pinterest), Influencer Marketing, and Display.
• Experience in professional leadership, coaching of team members, and collaboration in cross-functional setups.
• Fluent German and very good English skills - we are an international team!
