Senior Growth Marketing Manager - Remote

The kartenmacherei is the leading E-Commerce provider for high-quality and personalized stationery products in the DACH region. As part of the celebrate company, we also inspire customers across Europe with our other brands such as Atelier Rosemood and faireparterie.

To further advance the expansion of our new photo products unit, we are looking for you as a Senior Growth Marketing Manager – responsible for the strategic development of marketing activities in the area of photo products for our brands kartenmacherei, faireparterie, and Atelier Rosemood in Germany and France.

This role does not involve disciplinary leadership responsibility but focuses on the content management and development of our marketing strategy for photo products – in close collaboration with currently six colleagues from marketing and design.

In Short

• Develop and implement the marketing strategy for our photo products in close coordination with the unit lead and our CMO.
• Strategic development of growth measures focusing on customer retention, new customer acquisition, and cross-channel customer experience.
• End-to-end responsibility for data-driven performance campaigns across the entire digital marketing mix – from conception and budget to testing and scaling.
• Professional prioritization and management of a cross-functional team (SEA, Paid Social, Influencer, CRM, Communications Design Digital) – without disciplinary leadership.

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience (at least 5 years) in E-commerce marketing, ideally in a B2C or start-up environment, with a focus on Paid Social (Meta, Pinterest), Influencer Marketing, and Display.
• Proven successes in scaling performance campaigns including budget responsibility and solid tool knowledge (e.g., Facebook Business Manager, Pinterest Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Tableau).
• Fluent German and very good English skills - we are an international team!
