• Design, execute, and analyze structured growth experiments.
• Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies for the U.S. market.
• Implement direct response advertising strategies to bridge attribution gaps.
• Develop and implement lead scoring models and ABM strategies.
• Manage referral and affiliate partnerships for growth.
• Oversee freelancers and marketing vendors.
• Collaborate closely with the Chief Growth Officer and sales team.

Requirements

• Hands-on and data-driven approach to marketing.
• Experience in growth marketing and experimentation.
• Strong understanding of paid media and performance marketing.
• Ability to tailor marketing strategies for different markets.
• Experience in managing external vendors and freelancers.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
