Bilingual (Spanish) Telehealth Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) - Remote

Overview

The Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) will work directly with patients to provide diabetes education and support with the goal of improving adherence and health outcomes. This remote position is responsible for consistently meeting program metrics while also meeting quality requirements.

Requirements

• Current certification as a CDCES from NCBDE.
• Fluency in Spanish.
• Experience with motivational interviewing.
• Ability to receive and incorporate feedback.
• Home office setup for private conversations.
• Able to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Comfortable with advanced technology.
• Ability to adapt communication techniques for diverse populations.
• Flexible schedule with a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week.
• Cannot hold full-time employment elsewhere.
