Accounts Receivable Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Accounts Receivable Specialist manages a portion of the organizations accounts receivable to ensure that CDW customers are paying invoices in a timely manner while preserving our customer relationships and supporting the Sales Department.

In Short

• Analyze and reconcile complex customer accounts
• Continuously review top owing and past due accounts
• Handle the collection efforts of more complex accounts
• Contact customers to resolve invoice concerns
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve customer issues
• Identify accounts that need to be prioritized and escalated
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with stakeholders
• Support the outsourced team with account management
• Engage in special project assignments as needed

Requirements

• College/University degree or equivalent
• 3 years of professional experience or previous collections experience
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work independently with little direction
• Strong organizational skills and adaptability
