In Short

• Role involves virtual wraparound services for patients.
• Focus on collaborative relationships with physician assistants and nurses.
• Support patients unable to meet with their own PCP.
• Serves patients in Louisiana, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia.
• Approximately 3 hours/month of collaborative work.
• Promotes lifelong well-being for associates.
• Offers best in class support and tools for providers.
• Requires current and unrestricted medical license.
• Involves chart reviews and quality care meetings.
• Encourages teamwork and a positive work culture.

Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited university.
• Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
• Active DEA and Medicare/Medicaid Provider Numbers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer proficiency and web-side manner.
• Preferred 2+ years in telemedicine.
• Knowledge of Medicare guidelines.
• Experience in value-based care settings.
• Ability to ensure exceptional patient care.
• Willingness to take CME course on web-side manner.
