• Handle customer inquiries through in-product Intercom, providing 1st to 3rd level support.
• Offer support to EU and US customers, focusing on ticket-based troubleshooting.
• Utilize monitoring systems to identify and address incidents proactively.
• Set up, configure, and manage cloud environments.
• Perform software updates/upgrades on Windows and Linux machines.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English are essential.
• Must have experience in software support/consulting or a comparable function.
• Work independently under pressure and simplify complex topics.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and fluency in English.

• Exceptional problem-solving skills and an analytical approach.
• Understanding of database technology and Linux.
• Proficiency in SQL and ability to debug source code.
• Experience with SLA-bound operations and screen-sharing/phone support.
• Familiarity with bug trackers and Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure).
