Overview

CD PROJEKT RED is currently seeking a Lead Gameplay Network Engineer to join our team working on Cyberpunk 2, the next mainline Cyberpunk 2077 game. You will lead and manage a team of talented engineers, working collaboratively to ensure seamless and robust online systems.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience as a programmer in the games industry.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience.
• Proficient in C++ and knowledgeable in Unreal Engine.
• Experience designing scalable, performant systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
