Senior Marketing Manager - Remote

Overview

The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving high-impact marketing strategies that elevate brand visibility, enhance digital engagement, and support cross-functional growth initiatives. This role will assist in crafting key messaging and positioning, while also being responsible for the conception and development of innovative marketing content, messaging and programs that will drive an ROI using social media, digital and other marketing mediums. Attention to detail and the ability to lead marketing initiatives across the Marketing department and cross-functional teams is a must. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and strong executor with a keen eye for detail, a passion for storytelling, and the ability to manage multiple projects across diverse teams. You'll serve as a key connector across teams, ensuring our employees, customers, and sales organization are equipped with the right tools, messages, and platforms to drive engagement and growth.

In Short

• Owns key external-facing marketing channels and assets for their assigned segment or function.
• Works with the digital team on demand and lead generation efforts.
• Leads strategy and content planning for organic and paid social media.
• Partners with internal and external teams to manage and evolve the corporate website.
• Make recommendations on all marketing promotions that drive both sales revenue and ensure customer retention.
• Maintains and evolves marketing asset templates, brand guidelines, and messaging frameworks.
• Manages intake and prioritization of marketing requests across departments.
• Serves as the “Voice of the Customer” to synthesize insights from customer conversations.
• Develops a deep understanding of our customers – how they buy, why they buy.
• Enables Sales and Success Teams for Success.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing or sales enablement function.
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
• Proficient with creative and content tools such as Adobe Suite, WordPress, Figma, Google Analytics.
• Results driven, able to work independently to achieve set goals in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable interacting with a variety of stakeholders.
• Experience aligning messaging, enablement, and campaign plans with GTM strategies.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects, timelines, and resources.
• Effective and clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and planning skills.
• Highly self-motivated and directed.
