Associate Cyber Security Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Associate Cyber Security Analyst is responsible for participating in and contributing to the development and management of ComplexCare Solutions’ (CCS) Information Security Policies and Standards. In addition, they will assist and contribute to security and/or privacy regulator and customer compliance and assurance assessments. They will communicate and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to source and review compliance evidence during an assessment. They will assist senior team members in the development and publication of new policy or standards. They will assist in the operations of the Risk Management program, assisting or leading in the collection and assessment of information security risks. They will assist with risk review and reporting processes and risk communication to organizational stakeholders.

• Assists in the development of security standards, guidelines, and standard operating procedures aligned with CCS’s security policies.
• Reviews and documents cybersecurity and application security risk statements.
• Assists in the management and reporting of the CCS Risk Management program.
• Participates in regulatory security compliance assessments.
• Contributes to customer security assurance assessment requests.
• Stays updated on current security topics and trends.
• Coordinates meetings between the security team and GRC stakeholders.
• Adheres to confidentiality and HIPAA requirements.
• Maintains compliance with CCS’s policies and procedures.
• Fulfills responsibilities for achieving operational success.

Requirements

• Minimum one year of experience in an IT-related job function.
• Possession of applicable security industry certification(s) preferred.
• Knowledge of project management practices preferred.
• Knowledge of various security terminologies.
• Strong independent analytic and troubleshooting skills.
