Overview

The Principal Analog Mixed-Signal Design Engineer will contribute to the development of multi-tens of GHz Transimpedance amplifiers TIAs, working in a hybrid position with in-office requirements.

In Short

• Active circuit design and technical leadership.
• Design leading edge transimpedance amplifiers in SiGe BiCMOS technology.
• Develop transmission line structures for higher performance.
• Design high-performance broadband analog circuits for optical receivers.
• Design various analog circuits including linear regulators and sensors.
• Guide team of designers in implementing microarchitecture of circuit blocks.
• Facilitate post-silicon validation and transition to mass production.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 10-15 years of experience in RF/Analog Receiver/TIA design.
• Proven experience in IC design and lab evaluation.
• Solid experience with EDA CAD tools and Analog Custom Layout.
• Experience in measuring IC performance and debugging designs.
• Deep understanding of transistor level design and device physics.
• Project experience in AGC loop design and high precision analog circuits.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Benefits

• Expected base pay range of $145,300 - $215,010 annually.
• Annual bonus up to 17%.
