Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Analog Design Engineer to join our dynamic team at Analogue Insight, focusing on the design and development of high-performance serial links for advanced communication systems.

• Drive end-to-end mixed-signal design from concept to implementation.

Requirements

• Sc. or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or related fields.
• 10+ years of industry experience in analog/mixed-signal circuit design.
• Strong expertise in CMOS process technologies and mixed-signal layout techniques.
• Experience with analog design in FinFet technologies at 7nm and below.
• Proficiency in EDA tools such as Cadence and Synopsys.
• Proven track record of leading successful ADC/DAC/RX/TX/PLL designs.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to mentor and guide less experienced engineers.
• Familiarity with industry standards and compliance testing.
