Requirements

• M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering with 10+ years of experience.
• Expertise in CMOS process technologies and mixed-signal layout techniques.
• Proficiency in EDA tools such as Cadence and Synopsys.
• Track record of successful ADC/DAC/RX/TX/PLL designs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience mentoring less experienced engineers.
• Familiarity with industry standards and compliance testing.
