In Short

• Lead the design of user-centered solutions for our SaaS platform.
• Participate in user research to inform interaction concepts.
• Design features, patterns, interfaces, and workflows.
• Deliver design assets including interactive prototypes.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate based on findings.
• Assist in writing and maintaining UX documentation.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure accessibility compliance.
• 6+ years of UX design experience required.
• Proficiency with design tools like Figma and Adobe XD.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user flows and prototypes.

Requirements

• 6+ years of UX design experience for enterprise software or web applications.
• Proficiency with industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX strategy, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and accessibility-forward designs.
• A demonstrated ability to articulate the rationale for design decisions.
• Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
• Great attention to detail, conceptual thinking, and adaptability.
• Able to work well independently and with teams.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Familiarity with accessibility testing tools like Axe, Wave, or Lighthouse.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience delivering designs that scale and segment elegantly.
• Experience with responsive design and designing for mobile.
• Experience in academic administration, research administration, or on a research team.
