In Short

• Lead the design of user-centered solutions for our SaaS platform.
• Participate in user research to inform interaction concepts.
• Design features, patterns, and workflows using a user-centered approach.
• Deliver design assets including interactive prototypes.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate based on findings.
• Assist in writing and maintaining UX documentation.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure accessibility compliance.
• Evaluate existing workflows for improvement opportunities.
• Negotiate design and implementation details effectively.
• Support the development cycle with UX insights.

Requirements

• 6+ years of UX design experience for enterprise software.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX strategy and accessibility-forward designs.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Attention to detail and adaptability.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Familiarity with accessibility testing tools.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with responsive design and mobile.
• Experience in academic or research administration.
