Senior UX Designer - Remote

Overview

Blueland is revolutionizing conventional cleaning and personal care products to eliminate the need for single-use plastic packaging, while prioritizing the planet and people. In Short

• Own the end-to-end user experience of Blueland’s eCommerce website.
• Design and optimize customer journeys across the entire funnel.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Creative teams.
• Lead UX research efforts including usability testing and customer interviews.
• Translate data into design strategies that improve acquisition and retention.
• Establish cross-functional design processes for collaboration.
• Maintain and grow design systems and component libraries.
• Advocate for UX best practices across the business.
• 6+ years of UX design experience required.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design.

Requirements

• 6+ years of UX design experience, preferably in eCommerce.
• Proficiency with Figma or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of UX research methods and interaction design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Able to thrive in ambiguity and work independently.
• Experience with agile methodologies, JIRA, and/or Asana is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design or Human Center Interaction is a plus.
