In Short

• Review and negotiate customer subscription agreements, order forms, NDAs, and other types of agreements.
• Support sales teams in the completion of RFPs and customer questionnaires.
• Partner with outside counsel to provide practical and decisive guidance to internal business teams.
• Coach sales and customer success team members on strategies for negotiating with customers.
• Collaborate with other teams across the company to support revenue generation and risk reduction.
• Build and manage contract playbooks and workflows using existing CRM tools.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline contract operations.
• Support strategic legal initiatives, including special projects, training, and risk reporting.
• Contribute to an inclusive work environment by valuing diverse perspectives.
• Promote an inclusive work environment by valuing employee differences and contributions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education. Paralegal certification a bonus.
• 7-10 years of contract management experience with a focus on SaaS commercial contracts.
• Strong understanding of contract law and corporate governance.
• Strong negotiation, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
• Excited to drive contracts to closure and comfortable partnering with clients in sales.
