Finance System Manager - Remote

Overview

The Finance System Manager will act as a key contact and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the NetSuite ERP system, working closely with the finance leadership team to ensure the system meets business needs.

• Act as project manager for financial system changes and implementations.
• Lead NetSuite Administration for transaction cycles.
• Advise stakeholders on best practices for NetSuite.
• Assist in vendor selection for financial systems.
• Facilitate updates to NetSuite Standard Operating Procedures.
• Communicate project milestones and risks to stakeholders.
• Support Finance function in daily operations and month-end closes.
• Lead ERP Change Management Projects, including user training.
• Manage system maintenance and business process testing for NetSuite.
• Own key report library and coordinate change management.

Requirements

• 8+ years in Software Tech industry with 5+ years administering NetSuite.
• Strong understanding of Record-to-Report and Procure-to-Pay processes.
• Knowledge of NetSuite Tax and system implementation.
• Experience leading a team of techno-functional resources.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Finance or Accounting required.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.
