Reimbursement RCM Trainer - Remote

Overview

The Reimbursement RCM Trainer will be responsible for developing training materials, conducting sessions for reimbursement team members, and assisting with the development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in education, business, or related field.
• 5 years experience in training, preferably in healthcare.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and apply new skills.
• Advanced experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook.
• Proven track record in successful training program execution.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Comfortable with in-person and virtual training.
• Typing speed of 35+ words per minute with high accuracy.
