In Short

• You will develop and oversee the entire B2C marketing strategy for patients of Caspar Clinic – data-driven, creative, and cross-channel.
• You are responsible for audience targeting, emotionally connecting our brand.
• You think in funnels, optimizing our customer journey from awareness to retention.
• You design and manage campaigns on relevant channels, either executing them yourself or with our expert team.
• You test, scale, and adjust – OKRs, A/B tests, and attribution are part of your daily routine.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in strategic B2C marketing, ideally in a digital or HealthTech context.
• You have measurable successes in the conception and implementation of B2C campaigns.
• You think creatively AND analytically, and can create texts in various content formats – you are familiar with KPIs like CAC, LTV & Conversion Rates.
• Tools like Hubspot, SalesForce, Jira, GA4, as well as campaign managers from Meta & LinkedIn are familiar to you.
• You have been involved in design processes for graphics, through briefings or using Canva, Adobe, or InDesign.
• You communicate confidently – in German (native level) and preferably also in English.
• You want to take responsibility – not just for marketing, but for real impact.
