Partner & Business Operations Manager - Remote

Overview

You will be responsible for operational excellence and the success of our partnerships at the interface between traditional banking and digital assets.

In Short

• Conduct and continuously optimize processes for cryptocurrency securities management and custody.
• Act as the point of contact in partner management from after-sales to onboarding and offboarding.
• Manage strategic customer projects with financial institutions in close collaboration with the COO and Head of Operations.
• Execute operational processes and tasks in partner management/customer success management.
• Support the implementation of regulatory requirements and assist in BaFin licensing processes.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in business operations or project management in financial institutions.
• Understanding and interest in digital assets and blockchain technologies.
• Experience in partner management or consulting is preferred.
• High process affinity and a strong compliance mindset.
• Ability to manage complex processes with precision.
• Strong relationship-building skills and empathetic communication.
• Good organizational and communication skills with an interest in DLT trends.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
