As a Sales Development Representative at Carta, you will be part of a small team managing all commercial aspects of Carta’s growth in Asia, driving demand and developing critical internal operations.

Identify Carta’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and generate conversations through various channels.
Create and manage outreach campaigns to startup founders and employees.
Match prospect pain points to specific value propositions.
Work closely with the AE team to build a healthy sales pipeline.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate brand awareness.
Respond quickly to triage leads based on channel and need.
Build and manage sizable lead lists for insights and outcomes.
Ensure data integrity across critical business systems.
Receive training on Carta software and private market finance.
Drive demand and iterate on internal operations.
Requirements

Experience in a high-volume customer-facing role.
