Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 1-3 years of experience in customer service or healthcare.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Empathy in supporting diverse member populations.
• Bilingual in English and Thai.
• Previous call center experience preferred.
• Experience with CRM platforms like Zendesk is a plus.
• Familiarity with fertility care and related fields is advantageous.
