Overview

Carrot Fertility is seeking the next member of the Clinical Outcomes Team. Your work will directly impact Carrot’s mission of helping people form the family they always wanted. You will be responsible for multiple facets of clinical fertility and pregnancy data collection and analysis.

In Short

• Work with clinical fertility and pregnancy data.
• Monitor clinical compliance with industry standards.
• Record member outcomes to confirm they exceed standards.
• Collaborate with medical providers, preferably OB/GYN clinics.
• Review and interpret reproductive health and pregnancy records.
• Utilize productivity tools like Google Suite and Jira.
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach required.
• 3-5+ years of experience in the medical field preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills necessary.
• Experience with pregnancy and birth benchmark data is a plus.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with relevant medical experience.
• Understanding of fertility, pregnancy, delivery, and NICU procedures.
• Experience working with EMR systems.
• Ability to be analytical and data-driven.
• Proficiency with tools like Google Suite and Slack.
