Mortgage Account Executive - Remote

Overview

As a Mortgage Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with brokers and sellers to facilitate the sale of wholesale and correspondent mortgage loan products.

• Identify and contact new mortgage brokers and sellers.
• Establish and maintain broker/seller relationships.
• Advise brokers/sellers on company programs and policies.
• Assist in the loan submission process.
• Train brokers/sellers on online systems for loan submissions.
• Ensure compliance with loan processing deadlines.
• Manage loan pipeline to meet departmental goals.
• Provide high-level customer service during the loan process.

Requirements

• Demonstrated sales performance in broker/seller relationships.
• Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations.
• Understanding of FHA, FNMA, FHLMC, VA, USDA loan products.
• Excellent communication skills.
• 1-5 years of experience in wholesale/correspondent account management preferred.
