Overview

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for fostering and increasing statements of work with existing distributors in the Northwest territory, developing and implementing effective sales strategies across all product categories.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of HVAC experience
  • Associate degree with 3 years of HVAC experience
  • High School diploma/GED with 5+ years of HVAC experience
  • Valid Driver’s license
  • Ability to travel
  • Experience in sales and account management
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Ability to analyze data and competitive pricing
  • Knowledge of account SIOP processes
  • Sense of urgency and self-motivation
