Part-Time People Operations Manager - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a part-time People Operations Manager to join our People team, responsible for the full employee lifecycle from onboarding onwards in multiple locations. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of a critical part of the business in setting up our Cargonauts for success.

In Short

• Fully responsible for HR operations management including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with global employment laws and regulations.
• Manage employee lifecycle processes and performance management.
• Administer and optimize compensation and benefits.
• Manage HRIS and ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate with other teams for seamless people operations.
• Develop and communicate HR policies and procedures.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on HR-related issues.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a high-performance environment.
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
• Deep knowledge of end-to-end HR operations and German labour law.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to embrace uncertainty and adaptability.
• Strong growth mentality and bias for action.
• Proven track record in process improvement.
• Fluency in English and German.
