Overview

The Provider Network Analyst II ensures operational effectiveness by assisting in strategic and business planning, focusing on business, financial, and operational goals.

In Short

  • Provide oversight to new contracts for timely claims system setup.
  • Identify reimbursement issues and recommend solutions.
  • Analyze provider database for data consistency.
  • Review reports for pattern identification and trend analysis.
  • Serve as the provider data representative in claims editing decisions.
  • Assist in servicing key providers for rapid claims issue resolution.
  • Communicate technical system changes and policies effectively.
  • Mentor internal resources for cross-functional capability.
  • Work independently and within a team environment.
  • Perform any other job-related duties as requested.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Three years of provider contracts or claims experience required.
  • Five to eight years of healthcare operations experience required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • In-depth knowledge of Facets is a must.
  • Excellent analysis and collaboration skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Effective problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to develop and prioritize goals.
  • No specific licensure or certification required.
