Overview

The Project Manager I is responsible for managing small complexity projects within programs or standalone projects, focusing on Grievance & Appeals, Digital Delivery, and Member/Provider Communications.

In Short

Requirements

• Associate Degree in Project Management or related field.
• Minimum of one year of project management experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools and project management software.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer service oriented.
• Experience managing projects with budgets up to $1M.
• Basic understanding of project management processes.
• Ability to work in a general office environment.
