We are looking for a Founding AI/ML Engineer to define and execute FreightHero’s technology strategy, building an AI-powered platform that revolutionizes freight brokerage operations.

Requirements

• Entrepreneurial experience in a VC-backed startup.
• Zero-to-one product development experience.
• Strong AI/ML expertise, particularly with LLMs.
• Experience in logistics and data systems.
• Knowledge of optimization and automation in operations.
• Proven technical leadership in fast-paced environments.
• Experience in system architecture and scalability.
• Familiarity with freight and supply chain technology is a plus.
