Overview

As a Founding Recruiter at an early-stage AI startup, you will be instrumental in building the team from the ground up, working closely with the founder to shape recruiting processes and scale the company.

In Short

Own full-cycle recruiting end-to-end: sourcing, outreach, screening, interviews, offers, and closing.
Partner directly with the founder to scale the team from ~5 to 15+ hires.
Lead hiring for key early roles, starting with a Forward-Deployed Product Manager.
Design and iterate on lean, high-signal recruiting processes.
Leverage modern AI tools to enhance recruiting efficiency.
Gradually take on people ops responsibilities as the company grows.

Requirements

4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
Background in early-stage tech startups or high-performing recruiting agencies.
Proven experience hiring product and/or technical roles.
Demonstrated success scaling teams from ~5 to 15+.
Bachelor’s degree required.
