• Lead the productization of an AI-native Growth Engine.
• Architect the Next Best Action Engine integrating real-time signals and predictive models.
• Translate customer behavior insights into programmable customer journeys.
• Define requirements for autonomous treatment orchestration.
• Partner with ML/LLM teams for personalized actions at scale.
• Own the roadmap for system integration into customer data platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing, engineering, data science, and ops teams.
• 5+ years of product leadership experience in AI-powered growth systems.
• Experience with Next Best Action engines and personalization platforms.
• Strong knowledge of LLMs and mar-tech stacks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product leadership experience.
• Experience with Next Best Action engines in B2C environments.
• Knowledge of LLMs and prompt engineering principles.
• Experience integrating with CDPs and mar-tech stacks.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in AI/ML workflows.
• Strong belief in productized intelligence.
