Senior Manager -Platform Growth - Remote

Overview

The role is responsible for driving cross-selling initiatives by maximizing user engagement and adoption across Careem’s multiple verticals.

In Short

• Lead the design and execution of targeted marketing initiatives.
• Utilize analytics and market research for cross-selling opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in growth marketing or lifecycle management.
• Experience with P&L responsibilities.
• Well versed in data mining and statistical modeling.
• Strong skills in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools.
• Understanding of A/B Testing and user segmentation.
• Experience in applying behavior analytics principles.
• Familiarity with machine learning models is a plus.
