Corporate Collections Specialist - Remote

Overview

Careem Deliveries is looking for a Corporate Collections Specialist for its Careem B2B business to ensure that customers’ debts are collected in line with contractual terms.

In Short

• Effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders across markets.
• Collection of due receivables from clients in a timely manner.
• Regular monitoring of client payments and dispute resolution.
• Investigation of payment discrepancies.
• Issuing Credit notes to clients in Oracle.
• Generating SOAs of clients for visibility on receivables.
• Performing required analysis, reports, and controls.
• Ensuring performance metrics are met.
• Addressing client inquiries or disputes related to payments.
• Contacting customers via phone or email for prompt payment.

Requirements

• Degree in Economics, Accounting, or related Finance/Business course preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Previous experience with Oracle would be a plus.
• Proactive approach and ownership of tasks.
• Good knowledge of Excel.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
