Operations Director or Vice President, Transformation - Remote

Overview

The Operations Director, Transformation is a key part of the Transformation Team leadership – which is the internal SWAT team that leads on solving CareBridge’s most complex cross-cutting problems. You will sit at the nexus of Product, Implementation, Account Management, and Operations to ensure that CareBridge is maximizing value for patients and clients. In this role, you will have the ability to contribute immediate impact to the business, and our patients, while gaining valuable insight to help advance your career across a wide range of experiences. You will be a key leader on tackling our toughest challenges, scaling operations, operational and financial performance, and the continued development of our industry-leading Product. This role will provide the opportunity to get hands-on experience in a fast-paced, venture-backed start-up that’s leading its industry.

Requirements

• You have an eye for the details and are always looking for ways to improve.
• You are results driven and focused on how to prove results through data.
• You have superior problem-solving skills and don’t mind “rolling up your sleeves.”
• You are open to a fast-paced growth-stage startup where change is the norm.
• You enjoy working with data and solving complex puzzles.
• You are an expert with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. SQL reporting experience is a plus but not a must.
• Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree or significant industry experience strongly preferred.
• Management consulting, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, fast-paced healthcare start-up/growth-stage company, or similar professional experience.
