Overview

As the Director of Clinical Operations Transformation, you will drive value for our clinical business by owning the end-to-end design and execution of large scale strategic initiatives that improve efficiency, quality and outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred.
• Experience in clinical operations and management consulting.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously.
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage talent effectively.
