Specialist, Study Training Compliance & DoA Matrix Management - Remote

Overview

The Specialist, Study Training Compliance and DoA Matrix Management supports critical compliance functions to ensure study training requirements and delegation matrices are accurately managed across clinical research studies, contributing to site staff readiness and regulatory adherence.

In Short

• Track and monitor clinical staff training completion.
• Support delegation processes during study start-up.
• Ensure documentation of training meets compliance requirements.
• Maintain essential staff training records in eISF.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders for study training coordination.
• Assist in problem-solving training or access issues.
• Participate in team meetings and enhance team efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with internal staff and sponsors.
• Work under general supervision with no direct reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Health Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical research support.
• Strong organizational and tracking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of clinical research operations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Familiarity with eISF and clinical training platforms is a plus.
