M365 Information Management & Compliance Specialist - Remote

Overview

The M365 Information Management & Compliance Specialist will be responsible for overseeing compliance and information management tasks within the organization, ensuring adherence to regulations and policies.

In Short

• Work with a diverse team including a Hungarian leader and colleagues from India, Brazil, and Norway.
• Engage with Product Owners and Security Experts to ensure compliance.
• Review and interpret policies and relay relevant information to engineering teams.
• Coordinate ongoing projects within Information Management.
• Set up and fine-tune Policy View license packages.
• Implement Data Classification strategies.
• Develop and apply Sensitivity Labels in document management.
• Introduce Records Management for long-term business value.
• Establish Retention Policies in compliance with legal requirements.
• Manage DLP (Data Loss Prevention) rules.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a related field.
• Strong technical perspective with general IT knowledge.
• Deep understanding of Compliance and Regulation.
• Legal mindset and reasoning skills.
• Strong argumentation skills.
• Fluent in English (minimum C1 level).
