Overview

The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) will manage communication of abnormal test results to patients and provide medical consults, ensuring compliance with state licensure requirements and collaborating with various teams.

• Manage communication of abnormal test results to patients.
• Provide medical consults and discuss study opportunities.
• Collaborate with RN and Member Services teams.
• Ensure compliance with clinical and legal standards.
• Oversee execution of study protocols as Sub-Investigator.
• Document all communications and ensure compliance.
• Work independently under limited supervision.
• Travel required up to 100% nationally.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience as APP.
• Active NP or PA license required.

• Excellent communication and patient interaction skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple patients.
• Knowledge of medical and research terminology.
• Understanding of federal regulations and GCP.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with clinical trials databases and MS Office.
• Must maintain a client service mentality.
• Clinical research experience preferred.
• Telehealth experience preferred.
• Willingness to maintain and obtain additional state licenses.
