Requirements

• Medical/Master’s degree and valid state license for Physician Assistants.
• RN license and NP certification for Nurse Practitioners.
• Valid, unrestricted medical and DEA licenses.
• Ability to treat patients of all ages.
• DOT Certification required before start date.
