In Short

• Build and ship end-to-end features across the stack (React/Next.js, NestJS, Python, PostgreSQL)
• Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to solve real customer problems
• Own your work - from idea to deployment and beyond
• Work on a service-oriented architecture deployed on AWS
• Bring your ideas, challenge assumptions, and shape our technical direction with the team
• If senior, mentor others and help raise the engineering bar

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in fullstack or web development
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, ideally with React and/or Next.js
• Experience building backend services in Node.js or Python
• Understanding of relational databases (we use PostgreSQL)
• Exposure to cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS
• Strong communicator who enjoys working across functions and collaborating with product
• Passionate about business sustainability and climate tech
