Overview

As Manager, Professional Services, you will oversee and support a team of Professional Services Consultants, responsible for implementing our ICM solution for clients, requiring a blend of leadership, technical expertise, and customer relationship management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Professional Services or Technical Implementation.
• 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Experience with data integration and business process automation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
