Overview

The Sales Support Specialist administers the onboarding process for new dealer and manufacturer credit line requests, ensuring a satisfactory applicant/customer experience while maintaining data accuracy.

In Short

• Contact prospects to obtain required information for onboarding.
• Validate and input account data into the system of record.
• Ensure compliance with legal, credit, and policy requirements.
• Lead prospects through the onboarding cycle from application to activation.
• Maintain tracking, reporting, and forecasting of active pipeline.
• Expand and maintain product and brand knowledge.
• Collaborate with internal and external customers.
• Handle onboarding related tasks and special projects as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, or economics.
• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role or in banking/finance.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving skills.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales, finance, or customer support.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce and Credit basics.
• Familiarity with UCCs.
• Bilingual in French preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel.
