Capgemini is seeking a strategic thinking Business Solutions Manager for a top 10 US Insurance Carrier.

In Short

• This role collaborates with business leaders to identify, propose, influence, and validate business solutions based on a comprehensive understanding of enterprise requirements.
• The position uses breadth of expertise in business strategy and objectives to lead complex analytical efforts including cost-benefit analysis, impact analysis, requirements gathering, and risk assessment.
• This role interacts daily with executives, leaders, and other business partners throughout the organization to communicate end-to-end business requirements and align solutions to overall business objectives.
• Performs work independently, with guidance needed in only the most complex situations.
• Essential Job Functions: Builds and maintains collaborative relationships with key project stakeholders.
• Acts as liaison between Business and IT.
• Performs impact analysis of application changes across various components, holding an end-to-end view of the system.
• Supports users in building a business case, including cost-benefit analysis, risk assessment, and development of a high-level plan.
• Communicates to project stakeholders how functional design may impact downstream data sources as well as change management efforts.
• Oversees and leads business requirement gathering and analysis through business modeling. Anticipates organizational needs and partners with business leaders to develop solutions.
• Performs quality review checks on project deliverables.
• Recommends corrective actions where deficiencies exist, or where progress is less than satisfactory. Performs other duties as assigned.
